		<description>1. A santoku knife refers to its shape but not the air pockets. A santoku knife does not necessarily carry this. As long as it is in this shape, it is a santoku.

2. That&#039;s not a cleaver AT ALL. What a nice damascus natiri...... poor little natiri being used as a cleaver... I don&#039;t understand why there are so many western &quot;chefs&quot; who like to treat asian knifes as a cleaver only because they looks like a cleaver.</description>
